Q: How do I delete an unwanted journal entry?

A: There is not a way to delete a journal entry. However, you can mark unwanted journal entries as private so that only you (as the author) has access to the entry. Browse to the entry in question, scroll to the bottom of the entry, and you should see options to mark the entry as private.

Q: Can I use HTML tags in my entries? ex. Change the background, color, font, etc.

A: No, to maintain a consistent community we don't currently allow HTML to be used in journal entries. Although we are looking at allowing paid members to add simple HTML to their entires (ex. bold, font, color, etc.).

Q: How do I cancel my membership?

A: From the email account that you signed up with, send an email to cancel@jitjot.com with your user id as the subject. This will completely delete your account, all user data, pictures, entries everything. WARNING! Once canceled nothing can be recovered. Many members will keep their membership, with no intentions to use it, and simply turn off reminders under the "Manange My Account" section of the site.
